Placing an Order
We can only accept orders from and for delivery within the United Kingdom. We are looking into the possibilities of accepting orders throughout Europe, if you are interested please email us at:
sales@nd-ink.co.uk and we will keep you informed of developments.
Placing an on - line order with ND Ink could not be easier, simply choose the product of your choice, click "Buy Now" to put them into the shopping cart. Once you have added all of your items to the shopping cart and you are ready to proceed to payment you will need to select the shopping cart on the right side of the website.
At this point if you wish to change or amend your order, simply tick the box or update the quantity and click on update. Once you have completed your selection, click on "checkout" and fill in your delivery and payment details or login if you already have an account.

We accept all major credit and debit cards without charging any surcharges. Payment will be made at time of ordering and your card debited. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait. We also accept payment through Paypal (via our website), Bank Transfer and Cheque.

Delivery Schedule
Royal Mail First Class deliveries are £1.99 for upto 2Kg (Deilvery aim 1-3 days from dispatch)
City Link deliveries (UK Mainland only) from £3.99 . (Delivery aim Next working day before 1730)
All orders placed before 12.00PM will be despatched during the same working day (mon-fri) providing your item is instock. This does not apply to Econonmy Delivery.
Please allow 2 -5 working days for delivery (UK Mainland), the majority of orders however are received the following working day. If your order has not arrived after one week from the date you were notified of dispatch of your order, please contact our customer services department via email on : sales@nd-ink.co.uk and we will ensure that your order has been dispatched. If your order has still not arrived ten working days after dispatch notification we will send you a form for you to sign to confirm that you have not received your order and you will need to send this back to us via First Class mail. Once this is received, we will resend your order. If your order does arrive and you also receive your resent order then you will need to return one of them or pay for them. Due to the constraints of the Royal Mail system we do now require the returned form with your signature on it to enable us to claim from Royal Mail.
When chasing an order, please make sure you have your contact details and order number ready, as we will need this information.

Order Fulfillment Policy
ND Ink shall fulfill the customer's order as soon as possible after confirming or receiving payment.
Most the items can be shipped within 7 days.
However, an item can be sold out at any time. In such a case, the customer will be notified and will have the following options:
1. Receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order.
2. Order an alternate item and pay any extra amount required or receive a partial refund if the alternate item has a different price from original item ordered.

Our on line shopping system is totally secure.
All orders are placed using 128 bit encryption you are then transferred to Protx payment services for Credit/Debit Card payments where the payment is taken. They are not held in any format on any of our web sites or any of our own internal computers.

Visa and MasterCard – along with your card issuer – have introduced enhanced payment protection for online payment transactions. 3D Secure is a new technical standard to further improve the security of payment transactions over the Internet. MasterCard brand their system as 'MasterCard SecureCode' and Visa call theirs 'Verified by Visa'.
ND Ink is one of the leading companies that provide this additional security measure for the online consumer. The ability to fully authenticate cardholders, during an online purchase, reduces the likelihood of fraudulent usage of cards and improves overall transaction performance.
In order to use 3D Secure you must first register with your card issuer and choose your password for the service. This can be done by clicking on the links above, or by contacting your card issuer directly. However this only needs to be done ONCE. From that point on you can use any 3D Secure site with your registered card(s). The next time you make another purchase from our website you will simply need to enter your password, which is required to validate the 3D Secure system.
If you have already registered with the scheme, the only action you need take is to enter your password on the payment page to confirm your order. If you have forgotten your password simply click on the ‘forgotten password link’ displayed on the card issuer’s window after completing the Protx payment page. Checking a forgotten password usually takes only a few minutes.

"Your statutory rights are not affected"
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Services team on support@nd-ink.co.uk, they will issue you with a returns number which must be presented with the returned product / s. You are able to claim upto £2 for the return of faulty items which will be issued in the form of store credit.

Your Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
If you wish to exercise you right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on 01237 630115 or sales@nd-ink.co.uk informing us of your intention to return the goods. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.
The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.

ND Ink reserves the right to reject any orders from any customer for any reason.
ND Ink also cannot be held liable for any items confiscated by customs officials in the customer's country. |

Remittance Terms
Payment will be made at time of ordering and your card will be debited with the order amount for all credit/debit card payments. Where Paypal is used as the payment method payment is taken immediately at the time or ordering. Orders where Bank Transfer or Cheque are used your order will be dispatched once your payment has cleared..

At ND Ink we aim to offer the best prices, if you find a price cheaper within the United Kingdom, please let us know at sales@nd-ink.co.uk
We will match any “genuine” like for like price within the UK*.
If in the unlikely event you find the same product for a better price than the ND Ink price we will match it, even up to 7 days after the date you made your purchase, subject to our “Price Match” terms and conditions.
